One of the hardest things to do with writing is to get started in the first place. I have ideas buzzing around my head all the time, but I always struggle with where to begin.
So, today, why not try writing for ten minutes starting with these lines:
1. The sun was beginning to set on the path down the mountain when Jonathan heard a cry from below.
2. Tilly spotted an empty seat at the bar and as she climbing onto it, she spotted a man’s wallet on the floor.
3. Smoke rose from the kitchen.
Well, have fun. See what you can come up with using these opening lines.
